Hello, I’m Allison

My career has taken an unconventional path — from higher education faculty to corporate instructional designer to senior enablement leader — and I think that’s exactly what makes my work different.

The long version.

I spent over a decade in higher education teaching information systems, digital media, and instructional design at the undergraduate and graduate level. That grounding in learning science — Bloom’s taxonomy, competency-based design, adult learning theory — is the foundation I bring to every program I build. 

From there, I moved into SaaS and spent nearly 10 years at Collibra, where I was part of a 2-person team that built Collibra University from scratch and eventually transitioned to GTM revenue enablement. Along the way I ran four LMS migrations, led a global production team, negotiated enterprise vendor contracts, and built programs that were adopted by Google for their own internal enablement.

Lately I’ve been deepening my practice in AI-augmented enablement workflows — using tools like Claude, NotebookLM, Gong AI, and Google Gemini to reduce production time and sharpen coaching feedback. That work is documented in the AI-Augmented Work section of this site.
